Free shipping on every order All US orders ship free — no minimum, no code needed. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

Order Processing

All Ladydaidy orders are carefully packed by hand. We process orders within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our hands.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

US Shipping

Delivery estimates begin from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed. Delays due to weather, carrier disruptions, or high-volume periods (such as holidays) are outside our control, but we will always do our best to communicate any issues promptly.

Returns

We want you and your little one to love your Ladydaidy plates. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at ladydaidycustomerservice@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Request."
  2. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.
  4. Securely pack your items and ship them back using a trackable carrier. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 2 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5–7 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an unused item for a different design, subject to availability. To request an exchange, email us at ladydaidycustomerservice@gmail.com with your order number and let us know which item you would like instead. If the replacement item is higher in price, we will send you a payment link for the difference. If it is lower, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

We thoroughly inspect every plate before it ships, but accidents can happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ladydaidycustomerservice@gmail.com.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — including return shipping. We are sorry for any inconvenience and appreciate you letting us make it right.
